How does the swtich from my current accountant work?
We handle everything. We’ll contact your current accountant to arrange the handover, obtain your records, and make sure there’s no gap in service. You just need to sign a letter of authority — we do the rest. Most transitions complete within two weeks with zero disruption to your business.
What's included on the fixed monthly fee?
Everything we agree upfront. Your accounts, tax returns, bookkeeping, phone calls, emails, meetings — it’s all included. No clock-watching, no extra charges for picking up the phone. The only time the fee might change is if your business grows significantly and needs more work.
Which accounting software do you use?
We primarily use Xero, but we’re also experienced with QuickBooks and Sage. We’ll recommend the best fit for your business and handle the setup. If you’re already using software you’re happy with, we’ll work with that too.
Do i need to bring in my recepits and invoices to you?
No shoeboxes of receipts needed. We work entirely digitally. You can snap photos of receipts with your phone, and most bank transactions are pulled in automatically through cloud software. We’ll set everything up so it’s as painless as possible.
What if i'm just starting a new business?
We love working with new businesses. We’ll help you choose the right business structure (sole trader vs limited company), register with HMRC and Companies House, set up your accounting software, and make sure you know exactly what records to keep. Getting the foundations right from the start saves headaches later.
